Boston Iced Tea

Boston Iced Tea is a non alcoholic beverage . It is prepared by concentrating the frozen Cranberry juice.It takes 35 minutes to prepare . The ingredients for this tea are as follows. And the preparation time for this tea are as follows :

Ready time : 35 minutes

Here are some of the ingredients to prepare this Tea .

Ingredients

1 gallon water
1 cup white sugar
15 tea bags
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate


Here are some of the directions to prepare this Tea .

1) Put water in large pot, and heat on high until boiling. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add teabags and let steep until desired strength is acquired. Stir in cranberry juice concentrate, and allow to cool.

Salsa Salad

Salsa salad is the combination of several vegetables . The vegetables used in Salsa salad are Red tomato , Red and Green pepper ,Bunch of cilantro ,Jalapeno pepper ,Red onion ,Avocados , Lime etc . It is the best combination salad of vegetables . The ingredients used in this salad are as follows and Duration is also given below :

Preparation time : 30 minutes

Ready in : 30 minutes


Ingredients :

4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
1 bunch cilantro, stems cut off and leaves coarsely chopped
1 large green bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
1 large red bell pepper, cut into bite-size pieces
2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 sweet red onion, chopped
2 large avocados, pitted and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste


The preparing method of this recipe are as follows :

1)In a large salad bowl, lightly mix the tomatoes, cilantro, green and red bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, green onions, and sweet red onion until thoroughly combined. Gently toss with avocado pieces, and squeeze lime juice over the salad. Sprinkle with salt to serve.


There are some of note in preparing this recipe :

Control heat of the jalapeno peppers by leaving in membranes and seeds (hotter) or removing the seeds and membranes (milder).Usually end up removing the seeds from 1 pepper and leaving the seeds in the other one.

Grilled Lobster Sandwich with Charred Corn and Avocado Salsa

Grilled Lobster Sandwich with Charred Corn and Avocado Salsa is the sandwich . It takes about 2 hours to prepare . Mayonnaise is the sauce which is used in this salad. Salt and black pepper are used for seasoning.The cooking recipe of this salad are as:

The ingredients for this recipe are :

4 par-cooked lobster tails
Canola oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Charred Corn and Avocado Salsa, recipe follows
4 soft, sesame-topped hamburger buns, toasted
1 red onion, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 to 2 limes
1/2 cup mayonnaise, optional


Here are some directions to prepare this recipe :

1)Preheat a charcoal grill for direct grilling.

2)Split each lobster tail down the underside with a heavy knife, taking care not to cut through the back shell, so that they are still in one piece that you can open like a book. Brush the lobster meat with some of the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3)Place the lobsters cut-side down on the grill and cook until lightly charred and heated through, about 4 minutes. Flip and heat briefly, another 30 seconds or so. Remove from the shell, being careful to leave the meat from each half in one piece.

4)Spread some of the Charred Corn and Avocado Salsa on the bottom of the hamburger buns. Top with 2 pieces lobster, some sliced red onions and a squeeze of lime juice. Spread extra mayo on the top bun, if desired, top the sandwiches and serve.


The total servings for this recipe is six persons.



Fresh Broccoli Salad

Fresh Broccoli Salad is the salad Recipe . It is very easy to Prepare . It will be ready in 30 minutes . This salad is the combination of Mayonnaise sauce , some dry fruits etc . Here is its recipe :

2 heads fresh broccoli
1 red onion
1/2 pound bacon
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup sliced almonds
1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar



Directions

1) Place bacon in a deep skillet and cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Cool and crumble.
2) Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and cut the onion into thin bite-size slices. Combine with the bacon, raisins, your favorite nuts and mix well.
3) To prepare the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together until smooth. Stir into the salad, let chill and serve.

Chicken coleslaw recipe

Chicken coleslaw recipe is a salad recipe . It is very sweet to eat . Coleslaw is a salad made from cabbage,carrot and some green leafy vegetables . Mayonnaise is the sauce added in this recipe . Salt and pepper is also added in this recipe . Here are the ingredients for the coleslaw salad:

2 cooked skinless chicken breasts (or 1/2 barbecued chicken, skin removed)
2 celery stalks, cut into thin strips
1 carrot, coarsely grated
6 spring onions, thinly sliced
1/4 red cabbage, finely shredded
1/4 savoy cabbage, finely shredded
1 cup (235g) low-fat mayonnaise


2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbs ric 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp grated ginger
4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Baby cos lettuce leaves, to serve

The method of this preparation for coleslaw salad are as follows :

1) Shred chicken and combine with celery, carrot, onion and cabbages.

2) In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, chilli sauce and ginger.

3) Toss the salad with the dressing and half the sesame seeds.

4) Place lettuce leaves in serving bowls, pile salad on top and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.

Flourless chocolate cake recipe

Flourless Chocolate cake is the dessert recipe . It taste very good . Its color is dark . It is very sweet . Here are some of the ingredients for this recipe .



200g dark chocolate
200g butter
1/3 cup (60ml) hot water
1/4 cup (30g) cocoa powder
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups (300g) brown sugar
1 1/2 cups (155g) hazelnut meal
2 tbs coffee liqueur
Cocoa powder, to dust



Coffee mascarpone
1 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tsp boiling water
250g mascarpone
2 tbs icing sugar mixture
1 tbs coffee liqueur


Its method for cooking are as follows .

1) Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line the base and sides of a 23cm square (base measurement) cake pan.

2) Combine chocolate, butter, water and cocoa in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Transfer to a large bowl.

3) Add egg yolks, sugar, meal and liqueur to chocolate mixture; stir to combine.

4) Use an electric mixer to whisk egg whites in a clean, dry bowl until soft peaks form. Add one-third of the eggwhite to chocolate mixture and gently fold until just combined. Add remaining eggwhite and fold until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan; smooth the surface. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside for 10 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.

5) Combine the coffee and water in a bowl. Add the mascarpone, icing sugar and liqueur and stir to combine.

6) Cut the cake into squares and dust with cocoa powder. Serve with mascarpone.
